Straightforward hotel with well-kept rooms and a private bathroom.

I liked the room with 2 beds.

Central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in the room and the nice bed. Clean bathroom with a tub; extremely friendly and excellent staff. Exceptionally nice location near DFW with shuttle service to the airport, and only about 20 minutes' walk to Taylor centre. A nice way to end my weekend.

The hotel's location was convenient and ideal, right by Austin during a big music festival and Taylor-Good location and shops. There was café Dairy Queen, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property. The staff were all excellent, and the room was stocked with 2 beds😀👍

It was in an ideal location near food places. Besides, we were just next door to Austin during a big music festival and the best sea food restaurants and the airport.

The location of the hotel was ideal - around 10-15 minutes walk from Moody House Museum. And it was also really close to the airport and Taylor-Good location and downtown. The room was well-kept here with big jacuzzi as well as all the bugs.

We lived in the a double room with big jacuzzi and all the bugs, for instance. The location was ideal - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Also, Howard Theatre was 1 mile away. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff very helpful.

Nothing. My wife and I stay at the Inn was one of the worst places we have ever been to. There are way too many things to list of what was wrong with the motel. A few items that were the worst were, the sheets and comfort spread had stains all over them. Also there were no security latch for the door, it had been broken off. There were cigarette stains all over the bath tub. The parking lot and the surrounding looked like very low income housing. The pool was out of order. We were supposed to be able to stay until 11:00am to check out, but the cleaning staff was pounding at our door at 9:00am in the morning trying to get into the room. I had to jump out of bed , because they were halfway through the door. To tell them we were still in bed. This is by far the worst place that my wife and I have ever stayed at. My wife and have been telling everyone we know about the bad experience we had and are suggesting to everyone to never stay at an American Best Value Inn
